Ordering & drops
When can I order?
A new drop opens every Monday at 12:00 PM Central. The window closes Friday at 12:00 PM, or earlier if we sell out.
Why can’t I order single cookies?
Every drop is baked to order and packed in boxes of 4, 6 or 10 ($24, $36, $58).
Local pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Pickup is on Saturday, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Your pickup address is in your order confirmation.
Shipping
Do you ship?
Yes, within Texas. Mail orders ship on the Monday after your drop closes.
Products
Allergens
All cookies contain wheat, milk, egg and soy. Several flavors contain tree nuts (pistachio, pecan, walnut, hazelnut). We bake in a kitchen that handles nuts.
Storage and freezing
Best within 3 days at room temperature in the bag. Freeze for up to 2 months and warm for 8 minutes at 325°F.
Corporate orders
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we are happy to supply corporate and bulk orders for businesses, offices and events.

Do you cater for events or weddings?
Please email hello@tatticookies.com with your date, location and number of guests, and we will get back to you.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@tatticookies.com within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so that we can investigate and assist you.
